The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a quotation for equipment and vehicle inspection certification services. The services include testing and certification of forklifts and lifting equipment for the NWS Division. The contract is for one year, with options for two additional years. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote in USD for the services listed. The quotation must be received by 06/22/2025. • The contractor must provide all required documentation, including a signed page 1 of the form, proposal and pricing entered in line item boxes, completed ANL-70A Reps and Certs form, confirmed acceptance of ANL-366M On-Site Terms, and completed PD-120 form. • The contractor's work on the Argonne site is subject to compliance with the ES&H requirements identified in the applicable documentation. • The contractor's installation/service personnel are responsible for the removal and off-site disposal of any debris resulting in the performance of this work.
