The Department of the Air Force is seeking potential sources to perform interior and exterior cleaning services for the AFNORTH Complex at Tyndall AFB, FL. The services include cleaning of interior walls, interior/exterior windows, interior light fixtures, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing of exterior walls and sidewalks. The contractor will be required to perform all work in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices. The government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type. Key aspects of the job include: • Cleaning interior windows, interior walls, and interior light fixtures • Pressure washing exterior walls and sidewalks • Gutter cleaning • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices • Adherence to the Air Force activity Operating Instruction (OI) for internal circulation control, protection of resources, and regulation of entry into Air Force controlled areas • Compliance with base traffic regulations and hours of operation • Participation in the installation AT/FP Program and conduct of Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAM)
