The University of Georgia Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital is soliciting qualified vendors to provide a minimum 38-foot Gooseneck Trailer Mobile Veterinary Clinic. The trailer must include a dedicated surgery suite, tandem axles for safe transport, and a 10K Diesel Generator for independent power. The clinic will be used to support field-based veterinary services, teaching, and outreach. • The trailer must be at least 38 feet long and have a minimum of 30 feet of clinic floor space. • The trailer must have a surgery suite, handicap lift, and automatic side awning. • The trailer must be equipped with a 10K Diesel Generator, OSHA eyewash station, and roof-mounted air conditioner. • The trailer must have a custom design floor plan and large double stainless steel sink. • The bidder must meet all specifications and include any required documentation. • The bidder must bid on the cost for the mobile clinic in UGA's electronic bidding tool. • The bidder must submit a flat cost for the trailer, including all costs and fees associated with the purchase.
