The Township of Cherry Hill is soliciting bids for solid waste and recyclable materials collection services for a period of 5 years. The contract will commence on January 1, 2026, and end on December 31, 2030. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Bidders must provide all verbalized questions in written form following the conference, and all subsequent questions must be in written form and emailed to the Cherry Hill Township Purchasing Office. • The bidder must provide solid waste collection and disposal services for the Township of Cherry Hill, Cherry Hill Board of Education, and Cherry Hill Fire Department. • The bidder must comply with the terms of the bid specifications and N.J.A.C. 7:26H-6 et seq. • The bidder must submit 1 original with original signatures marked "ORIGINAL" and 2 complete and exact copies of the original marked "COPY" of their proposal, along with an electronic copy on a flash drive. • The bidder must register to receive any addenda or notices that may be issued.
