The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to replace the failed HVAC systems and install new air conditioning units in three buildings at the USCG STA Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, CA. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation in compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations. The scope of work includes mobilization, adding air conditioning to existing forced air furnace systems, replacing roof top units, installing split unit systems, and demobilization. The contractor must ensure that all areas are cleaned up and returned to their original condition upon completion of the project. • Replace HVAC systems in the Main Station Building, Maintenance Shop, and South Building • Install new air conditioning units and furnaces • Ensure compliance with industry standards and applicable regulations • Clean up and return all areas to their original condition upon completion • Minimize impact to Coast Guard operations • Work performed between 7:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays
