Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide V Logic FM Tracking or equivalent software, equipment, and services for the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment, personnel, installation, training, and accessories for 120 passive infrared sensors. The contractor must ensure that the equipment functions in conformance with the specifications used when the equipment was procured by the CAVHS and any upgrades/updates, as well as following most current published standards/specifications/regulations. The contract period is from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. The contractor will provide a comprehensive super user training program to designated CAVHS personnel on how to operate the system and perform trouble shooting. Key features of the job include: • Providing V Logic FM Tracking or equivalent software and equipment • Installing and configuring the system • Providing training to CAVHS personnel • Ensuring compliance with all applicable records management laws and regulations • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of information, data, documentary material, records, and/or equipment The contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations, as well as National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) records policies. The contractor will be required to provide a complete set of User’s Operating and Maintenance Manual at no charge to the Government.
