The Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking qualified contractors to execute the fabrication, delivery, and installation of a new wayfinding and signage system across its South and Alliance West Campuses. The wayfinding system design has been completed and signed and sealed drawings are provided as part of this solicitation. The scope of work includes fabrication, delivery, installation, quality control, and training. The project locations include South Campus, Erma C. Johnson Hadley Northwest Center of Excellence for Aviation, Transportation, and Logistics, and Corporate Solutions & Economic Development. • Fabrication of signage in strict accordance with signed and sealed design drawings and specifications • Utilization of high-quality, durable, and weather-resistant materials • Ensure ADA compliance and adherence to all applicable codes and regulations • Coordinate transportation of all fabricated signage to designated campus locations • Install signage as per approved drawings and placement plans • Conduct post-installation inspections to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project standards • Provide TCCD staff with documentation and guidelines for long-term maintenance and upkeep
