Description:
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to replace the existing asphalt shingles roofing with new asphalt shingles and a new high-temp SA underlayment roofing system at the Plainwell Customer Service Center. The scope of work includes replacement of existing damaged vented soffit and wood trim board. Two alternates are listed in the bid form.
