Description:
The State of Illinois, Department of Corrections, is seeking bids for the rental of two 60-ton portable water-cooled chillers with 208 volt 3 phase packages. The chillers will be used to cool the Administration and Programs buildings at the Pontiac Correctional Center during the summer months. The rental period will be from June 2, 2025, to September 30, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to deliver and install the chillers by June 2, 2025. The bid must include a specification sheet. • The chillers must be 60-ton portable water-cooled with 208 volt 3 phase packages. • The rental period will be from June 2, 2025, to September 30, 2025. • The successful bidder will be required to deliver and install the chillers by June 2, 2025. • The bid must include a specification sheet. • The State of Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
