The State of Maryland is seeking a fully integrated grants management system to assist in the management of financial assistance programs from the application and review phases through award, project management, and project closeout. The system should be able to track complex workflows across multiple grant programs, provide staff with a flexible and robust system, and support highly customized program design for each grant program. The system should also provide a dynamic form builder, customizable input/validation error messages, and the ability to track and report on applicants, projects, and properties across grant programs and funding years. The contract will be awarded for a three-year base period with three one-year option periods.
