Budget Estimate (AI):

$200,000 – $300,000

Based on typical industry rates, hot‑bituminous patching averages $25‑$35 per square yard, extra‑depth patches $40‑$50 per square yard, and concrete sub‑base $25‑$35 per cubic yard. Applying mid‑range values (≈$30/yd², $45/yd², $30/yd³) yields an estimated total contract value of about $235,000. Considering regional cost variations and potential change‑orders, a realistic range is $200,000 to $300,000.
