The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking quotes for six low-bed heavy hauler trailers to be delivered to three different locations. The trailers will be used by the Department of Navy, NEXWC. The quote must include the price, technical compliance with the specifications, past performance, warranty considerations, and delivery terms. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price delivery order as a result of this RFQ. • The trailers must meet the specifications outlined in Attachment 2 - Purchase Description Low Bed Heavy Hauler Trailers. • The quote must include a completed SF 18, a completed Section B.1, and a completed PRICE/COST SCHEDULE in Section B.2. • The quoter must have a valid and active SAM registration to be eligible for award. • The quote must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format. • The government reserves the right to request clarification or additional information from the quoter.
