The Minnesota State is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system that includes electronic forms, workflow, and process automation for all colleges and universities throughout the Minnesota State System. The system should be able to support up to 33 institutions, have a high level of redundancy, and be very secure. The ECM system should also be able to integrate with existing systems such as Workday and Microsoft 365. Some key features required in the ECM system include: * Ability to import electronic files and index them * Ability to scan paper files into the system * Ability to create and manage electronic forms * Ability to create and manage workflows * Ability to provide reporting and analytics * Ability to integrate with other systems * Ability to support multiple levels of security and access control * Ability to provide a high level of redundancy and disaster recovery.
