Description:
The City of New Bedford is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the disposition and development of the former William H. Taylor School, a 2.0421-acre parcel located in a mixed-use business district. The property consists of a 36,088 square foot building and is currently vacant. The City's objective is for the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the property, creating housing units consistent with the Building New Bedford housing plan, contributing positively to the neighborhood, and generating property tax revenue.
