The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Southern District of Georgia is seeking sex offender treatment services for federal offenders. The selected vendor will provide substance use, mental health, and/or sex offender treatment services within a geographic area encompassing Waycross (Douglas County). The vendor must be capable of providing services as authorized on the Probation Form 45 and shall initiate services within 10 business days of receiving the initial or amended Probation Form 45. Some of the key services that may be ordered on the Probation Form 45 include sex offense evaluation, sex offense individual counseling, and sex offense group counseling. The vendor shall ensure that all services are provided by a master’s or doctoral level practitioner who is licensed by their state’s regulatory board and adheres to the established ethics, standards, and practices of state regulatory sex offender management boards.
