Cherry Creek School District is seeking a new machine for its Print Services Department, specifically an AUTO Punch/JBI DocuPunch - Coil Bond Hole Punch, capable of handling approximately 40,000 sheets per hour. The machine should be delivered to the Print Services Department/Warehouse located at 4350 South Pitkin Street, Aurora, CO 80015. The proposal should include freight costs, installation costs, removal/disposal costs of existing machines, maintenance contract offered, warranty provided, extent of training available, and lead times from receipt of purchase order. The District is looking for a versatile machine that can punch a wide variety of paper stocks, covers, and tabbed sheets, with a maximum punched edge of 330mm (13"). The ideal machine should have a high output of up to 45,000 sheets per hour, with clean and perfect holes for finishing operations. • The machine should be able to handle multiple materials, including acetates or plastic covers. • The machine should have selectable speeds and byte thicknesses to offer more productivity and security. • The machine should have an ergonomic design, allowing all operations to be performed quickly and easily from the front. • The machine should have a wide range of heavy-duty punching dies, including WireO wire, Plastic Coil, and VeloBind. • The machine should have built-in features to help avoid paper jams and increase operation safety. • The supplier should provide operator-based training upon delivery and installation of the machine.
