The City of Columbus, Department of Public Service, is seeking proposals for professional services to develop a comprehensive vulnerable road user safety plan. The plan should serve as a supplement to the existing action plan and inform necessary strategies for the next safety action plan, a pedestrian priority network, and a new 5-year Safe Routes to School travel plan.
