The Snohomish County PUD is seeking proposals for an IT Service Management Replacement and NERC CIP Compliance Tool. The selected proposer will provide a modern IT Service Management (ITSM) / Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Solution and a NERC CIP Compliance Tool. The ITSM Solution should be a Software as a Service (SaaS) and the NERC CIP Compliance Tool can be either an On-Premise or SaaS option. The proposer should provide a detailed cost breakdown, and the implementation cost should not exceed $325,000. The contract term will be for three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. • The ITSM Solution should have features such as automation, integrations, and artificial intelligence capabilities. • The NERC CIP Compliance Tool should meet the requirements of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards. • The proposer should provide training, support, and maintenance services for the proposed solutions. • The proposer should have experience with similar implementations and provide references. • The proposer should comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
