The Gaylord Community Schools is seeking bids for the installation of a pre-purchased engine-driven generator at the Board Office / Early Childhood Center building. The project includes the installation of an automatic transfer switch. Bidders must submit a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with the owner or employees of the Bidder and any member of the Board of Education. Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act is also required. • The Bid security must be in the amount of no less than 5 percent of the Bid Sum. • Bidders must submit their bids on the provided Bid Form. • The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. • The project is part of the 2024 Sinking Fund Projects, Bid Package No. 4. • The bidding documents will be available on the website www.sugarconstruction.com/current-bids.
