The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Premier Healthcare LLC for the TheraDoc Hospital Epidemiology System subscription/renewal. The system provides clinical surveillance and infection control decision support, and is essential for daily operations at the NIH Clinical Center. The contractor will provide renewal of existing software licenses, maintenance and support services, updates, upgrades, and security patches, as well as training and documentation updates. The period of performance is 12 months with two 12-month option periods. Key responsibilities include: • Renewal of all existing Theradoc on-premises software licenses • Maintenance, patching, and support services • Updates, upgrades, and security patches • Support for existing interfaces to CC EHR, LIS, pharmacy, and ADT systems • Training and documentation updates as needed
