The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) is seeking a concessionaire contractor to finance, design, buildout/renovate facilities, and operate and maintain Campus Style Dining Venue (CSDV) operations at six U.S. Army Garrisons. The contractor will be responsible for providing nutritious food and beverage services, maintaining facilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The contract will be a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan for facility maintenance and repair. • The contractor will be required to provide a proposed concept rendering for each location. • The contractor will be required to provide a customer service plan. • The contractor will be required to provide information on their experience with food and facility transformation. • The contractor will be required to provide information on their management controls and employee training program.
