Description:
The City of Troy, New York is soliciting sealed bids for the Lead Service Line Replacement, Phase 2, Contract 2.1 project. The project involves replacing known lead water services in known locations, as well as exploratory excavation to find lead or improve the city's inventory, and replacing those lead services as they are discovered. The location of the work is in the Lansingburgh neighborhood of Troy, New York. • The project is expected to be funded in part through the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) via the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). • The contract term is expected to be completed on or before August 1, 2026. • The project is subject to the Safety and Health Regulations (CFR 29, Part 1926 and all subsequent amendments) as promulgated by the U.S. Department of Labor. • The project requires compliance with the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements and the American Iron & Steel (AIS) provisions. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
