The University of Utah is seeking a Hotel Linen Rental and service provider for the University Guest House & Conference Center, a 200-room hotel located on the University of Utah campus. The selected vendor will be required to provide bed linens, towels, and bathmats, and meet various mandatory specifications, including providing individually chipped linens for trackability, folding linens per hotel specifications, and meeting scheduled deliveries. The contract term may result in a 1-year agreement with 4 optional renewals. Key responsibilities will include: • Providing linen rental and laundering services • Meeting mandatory specifications, including thread count, sheet sizes, and towel sizes • Providing individually chipped linens for trackability • Folding linens per hotel specifications • Meeting scheduled deliveries • Providing last-minute emergency deliveries as needed • Supplying carts for outgoing dirty linen • Submitting invoices either weekly or per delivery
