Budget Estimate (AI):

$2,500,000 – $5,000,000

The estimated budget for this contract can be based on the scope of work and the number of employees served. Assuming an average cost of $100 per employee per month for EAP services, the total annual cost would be approximately $1.2 million (1,700 employees * $100/month * 12 months). Over the 36-month contract period, the total budget could be around $3.6 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the vendor's proposal and the final contract terms.
