The work of this Contract includes Column Base Repairs on the New Lots Avenue, Liberty Avenue and Rockaway Lines. The scope of the Work is summarized as follows: Furnish and install barriers around the column bases. Remove column base protection concrete. Remove sidewalk and / or street and excavate down to column baseplates. Repair columns and install column base protection concrete and restore sidewalk and / or street. Contract Term: 1087 Days. This is an A + B Bidding Contract. NOTE: This project is subject to M/WBE requirements: 36% (15% Minority, 15% Women, 6% SDVOB) We are actively seeking certified MWBE (Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise) subcontractors to participate in our upcoming bid.
