The State of California, Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking bids for hazardous waste services. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive waste management services, including remediation, hauling, and disposal, while adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The scope of work includes services at various locations throughout the state. The contract term is expected to be 36 months. • The contractor must be registered with the State of California, Secretary of State, if required by law. • The contractor must have a C-22 Asbestos Abatement Contractor License, Hazardous Substance Removal Certification, Asbestos Contractor License, and Certified Asbestos Consultants (CAC) and Certified Site Surveillance Technicians (CSST) certification. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and pollution liability. • The contractor must provide three or more references for similar work performed in the last five years. • The contractor must meet a 3% Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal.
