Budget Estimate (AI):

$3,750 – $35,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the minimum and maximum quantities of scrap tires that the Government guarantees to issue. Assuming an average price per pound of $0.05, the minimum budget would be around $3,750 (75,000 pounds * $0.05 per pound) and the maximum budget would be around $35,000 (700,000 pounds * $0.05 per pound). However, the actual budget could vary depending on the market price of scrap tires and the actual quantity of tires issued.
