The County of San Mateo is seeking a contractor to provide dock maintenance and repair services for the Coyote Point Marina. The marina has a wooden 3-lane launch ramp, wooden pump out dock, and wood/cement fuel dock, as well as private gated docks for tenants. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the docks, performing repairs and maintenance, responding to emergency requests, and ensuring environmental compliance. The contract will have a term of three years with two optional one-year extensions. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in dock maintenance and repair. • The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including firm qualifications, team qualifications, and pricing. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Levine Act. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and licenses. • The contractor must have a strong understanding of industry best practices and standards.
