The City of St. Marys is seeking bids for the construction of a new concrete porch deck and handicap ramp at the St. Marys Welcome Center. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing entry deck and handicap ramp, as well as the construction of a new CMU stem wall and concrete porch deck and handicap ramp. The contractor will be required to develop and submit drawings, exhibits, and design data to obtain the necessary building permits.
