The City of Ridgefield is seeking a qualified firm to develop multiple professional videos to promote the State of the City message. The selected firm will create six to eight 60-120 second videos that showcase City projects, initiatives, infrastructure, and partnerships. The videos will be used during the presentation and for standalone distribution on city social media and the website. The firm will also capture and produce an event recap video for the State of the City address on March 17, 2026. Key responsibilities include pre-planning, capturing footage, interviews, audio and lighting, editing, graphics, and city staff review and revisions. • The firm will deliver video files in a suitable format for event presentation and social media distribution. • The firm will provide raw footage to the City upon project completion. • The firm will ensure that the video creation work is consistent with the City's brand and website. • The firm will work with City staff to review and revise the videos as needed.
