The Town of Somers is soliciting proposals for an Engineering Design of the HVAC System for the Somers Library. The scope of work includes making a site investigation, providing schematic design documents, meeting with the library to review the proposed design, and providing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design for the new HVAC system. The proposal should include a minimum of three references, and payment will be made after the satisfactory completion of all of the work and its acceptance by the Town.
