The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide static demonstration services for the 2026 Travis AFB Air Show, featuring one F-4U, one P-38, and one SBD Dauntless aircraft. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the aerial static demonstration. The contract is for full and complete services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) scope and will be awarded to a single contractor. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing comprehensive services for the 2026 Travis AFB Air Show from April 24-26, 2026 • Coordinating all airshow planning and implementation activities with the Travis Airshow Team • Furnishing sufficient personnel, equipment, and materials to perform as a static display • Providing liability insurance with limits of $1,000,000 per aircraft/occurrence for bodily injury or property damage • Implementing a Risk Management Plan as applicable • Providing full name and identification for each individual entering the military installation for background checks, base access, and rental vehicles (as applicable)
