The Air Force Sustainment Center (AF SC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the acquisition of the services listed below. The services include the provision of a 1553 Hardware Kit, BOSS Multi-Link, Link 11A & 16 Capable Lunchbox Model, DIS Interface, and Product Support Platinum. The contract will be for a period of 90 days. The vendor is required to "wet" sign and date the vendor information, pricing, and complete the CLIN Unit Pricing. The vendor must also submit proof of technical evaluation criteria needed to fulfill this requirement. • The contract is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. • The contract is for the acquisition of services, including hardware and software. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor who is technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated price. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to item unique identification and valuation. • The vendor must provide a unique item identifier for all items delivered under the contract. • The vendor must report the unique item identifier, unique item identifier type, issuing agency code, enterprise identifier, original part number, lot or batch number, and serial number for each item delivered under the contract.
