The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from consulting firms to provide professional services for a pedestrian crossing at Hillhurst and Carty Road that will connect to a multi-purpose trail on Carty Road in a future phase. The project includes design and advertisement support for the first phase, approximately 100 feet of a 10-foot multi-use trail along Carty Road, and an enhanced crosswalk at the S Hillhurst Road/Carty Road intersection. The project aims to improve bicycle and pedestrian mobility, ADA accessibility, and safety for all users.
