The lift should have a 16,000 lbs capacity, 4 double telescopic arms, and adjustable width. The vendor should also provide installation services. The quotation should include all applicable taxes, shipping, and insurance. The vendor must comply with all requirements set forth in Federal and State laws and regulations. • The lift should be similar or equal to Stertil-Koni SK 2.16-33 Hydraulic 2-Post Lift. • The vendor should provide a product data sheet if quoting an alternate product. • The vendor should indicate the applicable price and vendor list contract number if bidding in accordance with an active State of Hawaii Price and Vendor List Contract. • The vendor must comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(c) and provide proof of compliance through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE). • The vendor must provide insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
