The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking information from potential suppliers for the production of approximately 15,600 USAFA T-Shirts annually. The T-Shirts are a mandatory issued item to incoming cadets and must meet specific requirements, including material, design, and manufacturing standards. The contractor will be responsible for procuring all materials and manufacturing the T-Shirts within 120 days after receipt of order. The T-Shirts will need to be shipped to USAFA in batches, with up to 8 shipments. The contractor must also provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimate of the cost per T-Shirt. • The T-Shirts must be made of 100% polyester interlock knit with moisture management capability. • The T-Shirts must have a specific design, including the USAFA logo, cadet name, and country of origin (for international cadets). • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance for the materials and manufacturing process. • The contractor must also provide a label with the contract number, manufacturer name, size, care instructions, and fiber content information. • The T-Shirts must be inspected 100% for compliance with the purchase description prior to submission to USAFA for final inspection.
