The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory is seeking to purchase Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud 2026 ETLA. The procurement is for new equipment only, and the vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller. The offeror must provide documentation from the manufacturer stating that they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured. The Government will evaluate offers based on the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) approach. • The procurement is for Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise for Gov and Adobe Creative Cloud. • The quantity required is 150 for Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise for Gov and 30 for Adobe Creative Cloud. • The offeror must provide a quotation that meets the Government's minimum solicited technical standards. • The quotation must include the following information: open market or GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) pricing, expiration date of quoted and submitted prices, contractor's Federal Tax I.D., CAGE code, and DUNS number, payment terms, and estimated shipping and handling if applicable.
