The City of San Mateo is seeking a qualified firm to provide expert permit assistance, coordination, planning, and costs related to securing all environmental regulatory permits for routine operations and maintenance of the Marina Lagoon. The project aims to ensure compliance with key regulatory requirements and enhance the environmental integrity and operational efficacy of the City's Marina Lagoon. The selected firm will be required to execute an Agreement for Professional Services for the project. The scope of services includes project management, preparation of technical reports and documentation for CEQA, preparation of permit applications, and coordination with agencies. • The firm will provide services for a term of five years. • The firm will assist the City in renewing permits that expire at the end of 2026 and early 2027. • The firm will provide permit support and prepare annual reports. • The firm will update the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manual for Marina Lagoon. • The firm will provide a proposed budget and fee schedule based on labor hours.
