The Cleveland Metropolitan School District is seeking a Design-Build contractor to perform HVAC and control upgrades at Miles Park Elementary and James Rhodes High School. The work includes BAS/TCS modernization, HVAC controls replacement, commissioning, TAB, documentation, and owner training. The project has a targeted substantial completion date of September 15, 2026, and a final commissioning date of November 20, 2026.
