The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is seeking a contractor to provide Modular Building Fire Alarm Installation and Monitoring Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide Fire Alarm Monitoring Equipment Installation and Monitoring Services. The contract will require the contractor to have a valid C-10 – Electrical license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and to comply with various regulations, including prevailing wage rates and workers' compensation insurance. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. • The contractor must have experience in fire alarm installation and monitoring services. • The contractor must have a valid C-10 – Electrical license issued by the CSLB. • The contractor must comply with prevailing wage rates and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees. • The contractor must have a valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). • The contractor must have a valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) license issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA).
