Description:
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking quotations for the purchase of Coupling, Clamp, Groo, with a National Stock Number of 5342-01-437-2676 and a Part Number of 580-0016-1568. The USCG intends to place an order for 30 items, with an option to purchase an additional 30 items at the same price and lead time as the original order, for up to 365 days after the initial award date. The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause. All parts shall be new approved parts. • The USCG is seeking a firm-fixed price purchase order. • The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. • The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. • The USCG may require an additional quantity of items for up to 365 days after the initial award date. • The contractor shall provide pricing as requested, including any quantity price discounts and discounts for prompt payment. • The offeror's quotation will be evaluated using one or more of the techniques defined in FAR 13.106-3, in order to determine if it is fair and reasonable. • The USCG will evaluate offers in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR part 25.
