Description:
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace outdated and damaged furniture for the 5th Civil Engineer Squadron Dorms at Minot AFB, ND. The contractor must supply suitable furniture for the 5-year furnishing plan, including replacement of damaged and worn-out furniture for dorms 122 and 123. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision in support of the furniture installation and removal. Key requirements include: • Supplying furniture listed in Appendix 1: Furniture Ordering Table • Providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for furniture installation and removal • Meeting all material solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations, and certifications • Having a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quote • Submitting quotes via email to the points of contact, including the Contracting Officer, no later than the established deadline
