The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline and optimize its operations. The system should include modules for finance, human resources, procurement, inventory, maintenance, and customer service. The ERP system should be able to integrate with existing systems, such as Hastus, Coen Corp, Reveal, and UKG. The system should also be able to track employee absences, manage grants, and provide reporting and analytics capabilities. The contract award will be for acquisition/installation/initial training, followed by a 10-year maintenance/warranty/training/licensing period. • The ERP system should be able to support multiple funding sources and allocations. • The system should be able to track and manage grants, including managing funding sources, allocations, deadlines, expenses, and reimbursements. • The system should be able to provide reporting and analytics capabilities, including dashboards and metrics. • The system should be able to integrate with existing systems, such as Hastus, Coen Corp, Reveal, and UKG. • The system should be able to support electronic bid hosting and evaluation scoring. • The system should be able to provide training materials and support.
