The City of Delray Beach is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of Investment Management Services. The scope of services includes assisting the City in maintaining and enhancing its investment portfolio, evaluating orders and recommending purchase and sale of securities, and providing monthly statements on investment activity. The selected firm will be required to have a minimum ten-year track record demonstrating experience in managing fixed income assets for state and local governments, and assign an account manager to the City's account with a minimum of ten years' experience in public funds investment management in Florida. The contract term will be for three years with the option for two additional one-year renewals. • The City's investment objectives are safety of principal, liquidity, and yield. • The selected firm will be required to provide quarterly investment reports and make presentations to City staff and committees as requested. • The firm must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Adviser's Act of 1940 and be financially solvent and appropriately capitalized to service the City for the duration of the contract. • The performance composites should be prepared and presented in compliance with the CFA Institute's Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause.
