Description:
The City of Elberton, Georgia is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor and equipment necessary for the construction of the Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Network Overbuild – Phase 1 & 2. The project includes approximately 124 plant miles of construction, encompassing the overbuild of existing HFC Node Boundaries.
