The City of Patterson is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and associated business processes. The primary objective of this engagement is to provide the City with an objective, data-driven recommendation on the most appropriate ERP strategy moving forward. The consultant will be required to execute a five-step assessment methodology, which includes project initiation and stakeholder discovery, current state assessment, future state definition and requirements gathering, market analysis and solution identification, and final recommendation and documentation. The City's current ERP system is based on the Springbrook Enterprise (v7) and Cirrus platforms, and the consultant will need to assess the feasibility of transitioning to the newer Cirrus platform. The key challenges with the current system include widespread manual processes, significant integration gaps, deficient reporting and data access, and missing or inadequate core functionality.
