Budget Estimate (AI):

$15,000,000 – $30,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the university is seeking information and not a formal proposal. However, the contract is for 10 years with a 2-year option, and the university is looking for a turn-key hourly rate including contractor-provided facilities, office space, and maintenance. The estimated cost for the transportation services will depend on the number of buses, drivers, and other expenses. Assuming an average hourly rate of $50 per hour and 46,000 hours of service per year, the estimated annual cost would be $2,300,000. For a 10-year contract, the estimated total cost would be $23,000,000.
