The Town of Greenwich is seeking bids for fire extinguisher and suppression system services. The successful bidder will be required to perform annual inspections and services for fire extinguishers and biannual inspections and services for fire suppression systems. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with four optional years. The bidder will be required to provide pricing for inspection and service of fire extinguishers and suppression systems, as well as replacement and recharge of fire extinguishers. • The contract will cover various locations, including police department vehicles, BC&M buildings, board of education buildings, and parks and recreation facilities. • The bidder will be required to provide insurance coverage and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
