Description:
The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a contractor to install six on-demand bike storage lockers at the University of Denver light rail station. The contractor is expected to purchase the lockers from a bike locker vendor and install the lockers per RTD specs. The project includes mobilization, installation of bike locker units, digital access upgrade, and maintenance kit. The contractor must provide a Schedule of Values and certify that they will meet the requirements of 49 USC 5323(j)(1) and the applicable regulations. • The contractor must submit a bid security in the amount of five percent of the bid amount. • The contractor must provide a Buy America certification with the bid. • The contractor must certify that they are not debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment. • The contractor must certify that they have not been convicted of a felony in the past three years. The project duration is expected to be six months, and the contractor must commence work as soon as possible after the award of the contract.
