The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking a firm-fixed price proposal for the procurement of 5 custom charge pump inductors made to specification 9570-ES-310312 4H +/$, 5%, 3.5kV, 250A. The proposal should include all mounting hardware needed for the above inductors. The award will be made to the supplier who is deemed responsible and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation’s requirements, and is judged to represent the best value to FFDG. The best value is represented by the lowest price of technically acceptable offerors. • The custom inductors should be made to the specified requirements. • The proposal should include all mounting hardware needed for the inductors. • The award will be made based on the best value to FFDG. • The proposal should be submitted by 5pm CST January 30, 2026. • The RFP response should include a completed RFP page, SARC Form, and a PUR-466 Form.
